Kindergarten Registrations

Dear Parent/Guardian,

It is that time of year again, when we begin to look forward to the 2021-2022 school year. In this letter you will see the process and information required to register your child for the Kindergarten programs at Lord Aylmer. We offer a Kindergarten 4 and a Kindergarten 5 program. Both are outlined below.

Kingergarten (4 year olds)

Process:

  • Registration will be completed virtually (online).
  • Parents will complete the information provided below and scan documents to cabraham@wqsb.qc.ca, in ONE PDF FILE. (pictures of documents cannot be accepted)
  • Parents will register their child the week of February 8th to February 12th.
  • There will be no registrations accepted after the February 12th deadline.
  • Each registration (child) will be provided a number.
  • On February 22nd, 17 numbers will be drawn to form the class. Eight more numbers will be drawn and placed on a waiting list.
  • You will be notified via email to inform you of the results (if your child’s number has been chosen for the class, waitlist or if your child’s number was not drawn).

Information Required: (BLUE INK ONLY)

  1. Application for Admission Form 2021-2022
  2. Health/Emergency Form 2021-2022
  3. Proper Bill 101 Application Form (Form 1, Short Form 1, Form 2 or Form 4)
  4. Long Form Birth Document
  5. Proof of Citizenship of Parents (eg. birth certificate, passport)
  6. School Tax Form
  7. Release and Exchange of Information Form. (only if the child has any learning delays or disabilities)
  8. K4/K5 student parent survey.

Kingergarten (5 year olds)

Process:

  • Registration will be completed virtually (online)
  • Parents will complete the information provided below and scan the documents to cabraham@wqsb.qc.ca, in ONE PDF FILE (pictures of documents cannot be accepted)
  • Registrations will be accepted beginning immediately.
