Hannah Patrick – Vice-Principal, Lord Aylmer Elementary
It is an honor to serve as Vice-Principal at Lord Aylmer, a school built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to our student’s success. I understand that as parents and guardians, you entrust us with what matters most—your child’s well-being, growth, and education. That trust is not something I take lightly, and I will work every day to ensure it is well-placed.
Before joining Lord Aylmer, I spent several years working in special education as a Resource Teacher, supporting diverse learners and advocating for their unique needs. That experience shaped my unwavering belief that every child deserves to be seen, heard, and given the opportunity to thrive. Education goes beyond academic excellence—it is about shaping compassionate, confident, and resilient individuals. Aristotle wisely said, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” At Lord Aylmer, we wholeheartedly believe in nurturing both. I take pride in our work towards promoting a positive school culture, resolving conflicts through a restorative lens, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with Lord Aylmer’s vision and goals.
My journey in administration began here at Lord Aylmer, and it has been a privilege to grow alongside this community. I also believe that transparency and open conversations are the way forward—always with the student’s best interests at heart. When home and schoolwork together, we can create an environment where every child feels safe, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential. I am committed to fostering that partnership with you.
My goal is to ensure our students look forward to coming to school each day, eager to learn and explore new things. I look forward to working alongside the staff, students, and community to make your child’s career at Lord Aylmer one of growth, joy, and success for all.
