Dear Parents:
At this point in the day, you will have received communications from your child’s teacher in preparation for online classes next week. Some of the information includes the daily schedule. This will be posted to our website shortly. (see below)
Please note that next week’s lessons are not optional like they were during last year’s online sessions. Attendance will be taken every day. New concepts will be taught and students may also be evaluated in some of their subjects. We are working hard this year to optimize every opportunity for learning that we can. The staff have undergone extensive training for online teaching since last year and we are ready to ensure a quality delivery of instruction for the children of Lord Aylmer while we are online.
Some of our students were away today because they or someone in the home was sick or in some cases because they were in quarantine. As a result, personal effects and learning materials were not brought home at the end of the day. Teachers packed all of the items today. They will be ready to be collected by parents next Tuesday from 10:00-11:30 at the senior campus’ main parking lot. Parents will be asked to remain in their vehicles while members of staff take the items to you. If you are unable to collect the items at this time, please call the senior campus at (819) 684-6801 to let us know.
