Vaccination Clinics – Children 5-11 Years Old

CISSSO is now planning for the vaccination clinics for second doses of the COVID19 vaccines for children ages 5-11 years old. They may be obtained in two ways in the Outaouais. If your child did not receive a first dose, you may also register in the following ways.

• The recommended method to receive the vaccination is to take your child on your own. If you take your child yourself, you do not need to complete the forms. You may take your child to one of the vaccination centers in your area.:
  • By clicking on the following link: https://portal3.clicsante.ca/
  • Selecting your region based on your postal code, then selecting a date and time.

• You can also book an appointment for your child to receive the vaccine with their school. This round, we will be taking students to the Palais des Congres. Please consult the chart for your child’s school, date, site, and the link to register for the vaccination (first or second dose).
  • Because this is a public site, you will be required to choose a date and time. Select February 16 and 9:00 when you register, as indicated below.
  • NOTE: Consent is required for your child to receive the vaccine. If you complete the registration online, you do not need to hand in a hard copy as well. If you would like a hard copy sent home, please contact your child’s teacher to request one.
