Happy Friday, L.A. families!
What an absolutely incredible week it has been. There is a specific kind of magic in the air when our hallways are buzzing with excitement, and this week’s 100th Day of School celebration was nothing short of a raving success!
We want to extend a massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to our phenomenal Home & School Association and our tireless team of volunteers. Because of your dedication, our students didn’t just reach a milestone, they celebrated it in style. From the logistics of the day to ensuring our students were well-fed and fueled for the festivities, your hard work turned a simple number into a memory our students will cherish.
Reaching 100 days of learning, growing, and showing up for one another is a huge accomplishment. Seeing the pure joy on our students’ faces as they celebrated their commitment to their education was the highlight of our year so far. We are so proud of our students, and we are even more grateful for the community that supports them.

Deactivation of MParent & Introduction of ClicEcole
- As a follow-up to the communication sent directly from the School Board, a reminder that MParent (Mozaik Portal) will be deactivated as of March 27, 2026.
- Please find the instructions attached to create your new ClicEcole account.
- If you already have a Parent Portal account created, you simply use the same log-in information once you have downloaded the new application.
- If you do not have a Parent Portal account, you will have to follow the steps for creating an account

REMINDER – Term Two Reporting Schedule & Student-Led Conference
- Term two officially ends on February 11, 2026.
- Term two report cards will be available on the Mozaik portal as of February 19, 2026.
- Save the Date: Student-Led Learning Celebrations
- This term, we are proud to host Student-Led Conferences, where your child takes the lead in sharing their learning journey.
- We are excited to welcome you into our classrooms on February 19 (3:00pm – 7:00pm) and February 20 (8:00am – 2:00pm).

Western Quebec Literacy Council – Game Night at Lord Aylmer!
- COME ONE, COME ALL! Join us for Lord Aylmer’s Family Activity Club night – a fun-filled evening of creativity, learning, and family time!
- The Western Quebec Literacy Council helps English-speaking adults and families reach their learning goals and practice reading, math, and science in everyday life. Through their Family Activity Club, families come together to spend quality time, get creative, and enjoy hands-on activities. Thanks to dedicated volunteers and funding from the Quebec government, these programs are completely free!

Purdys Chocolate Fundraiser
- Treat yourself (and Lord Aylmer students!) with our sweet new fundraiser from Purdys Chocolates, which earns up to 30% on sales for Lord Aylmer Home and School.
- Please see the attached poster for information how to order.
- Orders will be accepted from February 6th until February 28th.
- Order pick-up will be March 26th – just in time for Easter!

Bon vendredi aux familles de Lord Aylmer!
Quelle semaine incroyable nous venons de vivre! Il y a une magie toute particulière dans l’air lorsque nos couloirs bourdonnent d’excitation, et la célébration du 100e jour d’école cette semaine a été un succès retentissant!
Nous tenons à dire un immense MERCI du fond du cœur à notre phénoménale Association Home & School ainsi qu’à notre équipe dévouée de bénévoles. Grâce à votre engagement, nos élèves n’ont pas seulement franchi une étape importante, ils l’ont célébrée avec style. De la logistique de la journée jusqu’aux collations pour garder tout le monde en forme, votre travail acharné a transformé un simple chiffre en un souvenir précieux.
Atteindre 100 jours d’apprentissage, de croissance et de solidarité est un accomplissement majeur. Voir la joie pure sur le visage de nos élèves alors qu’ils célébraient leur parcours scolaire a été, à ce jour, le moment fort de notre année. Nous sommes si fiers d’eux, et encore plus reconnaissants envers la communauté qui les soutient.

Désactivation de MParent et introduction de ClicEcole
Suite à la communication envoyée directement par la Commission scolaire, nous vous rappelons que MParent (Portail Mozaïk) sera désactivé à compter du 27 mars 2026.
- Vous trouverez en pièce jointe les instructions pour créer votre nouveau compte ClicEcole.
- Si vous avez déjà un compte sur le Portail Parents, utilisez simplement les mêmes identifiants une fois l’application téléchargée.
- Si vous n’avez pas de compte, vous devrez suivre les étapes de création de compte indiquées.

Le calendrier de février est disponible en pièce jointe!
RAPPEL – Bulletin du 2e cycle et Rencontres dirigées par l’élève
- La deuxième étape s’est officiellement terminée le 11 février 2026.
- Les bulletins seront disponibles sur le portail Mozaïk dès le 19 février 2026.
- À noter: Célébrations de l’apprentissage (Rencontres parents-élèves-enseignants) Cette étape, nous sommes fiers d’organiser des rencontres dirigées par l’élève, où votre enfant prend les devants pour partager son parcours d’apprentissage. Nous avons hâte de vous accueillir dans nos classes:
- 19 février: de 15h00 à 19h00
- 20 février: de 8h00 à 14h00 (Voir la note jointe pour tous les détails).
WQSB Literacy Council – Soirée de jeux à Lord Aylmer!
VENEZ TOUS! Joignez-vous à nous pour la soirée du Club d’activités familiales de Lord Aylmer, une soirée remplie de créativité et de plaisir en famille!
Western Quebec Literacy Council aide les adultes et les familles d’expression anglaise à atteindre leurs objectifs d’apprentissage au quotidien. Grâce à leur Club d’activités, les familles se réunissent pour passer du temps de qualité et profiter d’activités concrètes. Ces programmes sont entièrement gratuits grâce aux bénévoles et au financement du gouvernement du Québec.
